Tide between Countries

Two people get stuck on an island on the border between their countries. And there's sharks around them. And some other creature on the island too. Horror-inspired comedy. Still missing some art and audio.

Features:

• Wordcount: almost 800.
• Choices/gameplay: near the end of the story, there's a harp you can play notes on by clicking on the strings (or on the names of the notes below the strings). Which ending you get depends on what you play. There are no timing requirements for how fast or slowly you select the notes.
• Accessibility: usual Ren'Py features, and I checked that I could play the notes by selecting them with the arrow keys and pressing enter, using self-voicing and not looking at the screen. I'm aware that the self-voicing mispronounces my name in the credits screen, but I'm not sure how to fix that.

Made by myself because I took so long to finish writing all the song lyrics that I didn't have time to get others to proofread and voice it. And I sorta used Pachelbel's Cannon in D Major but it doesn't play in the audio (there's written lyrics that would go with it, and there's a minigame where the player has to play some of it.)I did make some sprites while I was writing though, and after I finished writing I made the harp sprite and the minigame and password system.

For this version I used Ren'Py, but if you play this game in November or later I might have made a version in another engine (probably Godot). Passwords from one engine should work in another, unlike regular savefiles (Ren'Py's savefiles are kinda hard to read and write from outside Ren'Py, although I might try to read them anyway, but probably not write them). To get the password of a line, just view that line, save the game, and see what "line password" appears under the saveslot. You can use the "Load password" option from the main menu and type the number and then press enter.
